SilverStreet Capital appoints Head of Finance
SilverStreet Capital is pleased to announce the permanent appointment of Clarissa Beresford as Head of Finance with responsibility for financial reporting, treasury, tax, investor capital flows and internal finance matters.
SilverStreet Capital is a leading private equity investor in the agricultural sector. It has offices in the UK, South Africa and Zimbabwe and, to date, it has made eight investments across six countries in sub-Saharan Africa and is in the process of raising its second fund.
Clarissa started with SilverStreet in October 2015 and came with over six years' Private Equity experience having worked at Terra Firma Capital Partners since 2009. Prior to that she worked for JPMorgan Cazenove. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and read Economics at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge.
